Formal Society is holding an open casting call for our 2022-2023 social media and ad campaigns
Models of all backgrounds and levels of expertise are invited to apply for a chance to join the #SocietySquad. The contest is open to aspiring models of 14 years and up. About the Squad
We are seeking aspiring models that are available and willing to participate in ongoing photo shoots though out the year. Squad members will have first access to Formal Society merchandise and will earn credits and free product equivalent to the level of participation. We request a commitment of 1 year if selected as a member of the #SocietySquad.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
THIS IS NOT A CONTEST AND THERE IS NO PRIZE
We are holding this “Casting Call” to help us identify between 4-6 women to be the face of Formal Society and represent our brand as part of the “Society Squad” for the year 2022/2023.
WHO CAN ENTER:
The Casting Call is open to legal residents of the 50 United States who (i) have validly submitted an entry as described below, and (ii) are women and at least 14 years of age or older (at the time of entry) and (iii) are not currently professional models or represented by an agent or manager in relation to modeling. The Casting Call is governed by U.S. law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. If you are prohibited from entering in this Casting Call by any local laws, rules or regulations, you may not enter. By participating in the Casting Call, you agree fully and unconditionally to these Terms and Formal Society’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Casting Call. If you are a minor in the jurisdiction in which you are entering, you represent and warrant that your parent or legal guardian has consented and agrees to these Terms. You also represent and warrant that you are not represented in the modeling space.
HOW TO ENTER:
During the Entry Period, each participant (the “Participant”) must visit the entry page at (“Site”) and (1) upload a full length photo, posing straight on to the camera (“Photo”); and (2) submit all information requested in the entry form, which includes your name, e-mail address, mailing address, Instagram account, and other information about you (“Entry Information”). All Entry Information, Photos, and other information submitted by participant shall be collectively referred to herein as the “Submissions” or each a “Submission”. Limit one (1) Submission per person. All Photos should have a plain background and even lighting and must be in .jpg format and less than 3MB in size.
PHOTO & ENTRY INFORMATION CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS:
Formal Society will not use your Photo for any purpose other than evaluating your Submission. Formal Society will use your Entry Information to contact you for reasons relating to this Casting Call and to notify you of information and news, and for other promotional purposes, relating to the brand.
RELEASE:
By entering this Casting Call, all Participants agree to release, and hold harmless Formal Society from any and all claims, injuries, damages, expenses, or losses to person or property and/or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise from participation in the Casting Call including without limitation (i) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential, or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of participation in the Casting Call other than those caused by the willful negligence or intentional misconduct of a Releasee; and (ii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Casting Call.
