Return Policy

Merchandise in original condition, with its tags intact, can be returned within 2 weeks after an in-store purchase or within 2 weeks following the delivery date of a shipped item. If returned with a gift receipt, a FORMAL SOCIETY Gift Card credit or merchandise exchange will be provided. All products must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached. Please use the Return Form to process a return.

Remember, Gift Cards cannot be returned, and all formal wear is final sale.

All SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. 

The original shipping fees are non-refundable and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping. 

Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Any sign of wear or a damaged shoebox will make the shoes ineligible for return.
