Formal Society is hiring for a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate for our Lebanon location. This will be a critical member of our growing team of support personnel and acting as a key customer facing support role for our growing business. As such, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust in their customer interactions.
Full Description:
- Responsible for assisting customers, providing style advice, measuring for sizing and providing guidance on sizing
- Learn the ins and outs of the formal wear lines that are carried in the store
- Assist in mantaining the overall appearance of the store.
- Assist with monthly visual merchandising changes
- Unpacking, steaming and tagging of new merchandise as it arrives
- Assist with social media/marketing as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 yrs relevant work experience in retail
- Social media/marketing experience is a plus
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience
